POOKY HORSE OF THE YEAR NOMINATION FORM- 2007 Eligibility: Horses must be registered with the Pinto Horse Association of America PtHA Owners/riders must be members in good standing of PooKY. Lease horses may Participate under the following conditions: 1. Written verification of lease from owner of horse must accompany nomination. 2. Lessee must be a member in good standing of PooKY. Nominations: Nomination fees will be $10.00 per horse per year. Nomination fee must accompany the completed High Point Nomination Form. A copy of the PtHA papers for the horse and proof of the owner/lessee’s PooKY membership must accompany all nominations. Eligible nominations must be paid before show or event for points to count. Divisions: 1. Pinto Horse/Adult Rider – Show & Competition 2. Yearling Pinto 3. Weanling Pinto 4. Pinto Horse or Pony/Youth Rider 5. Pinto Halter – Any age, type or sex. 6. Pinto Horse/Adult Rider – Pleasure/Promotional i.e. trail rides, parades, clinics(50 pts). Note: There may be multiple riders for each horse entered as long as they all are members in good standing of PooKY.
